 หลายๆ ครั้งที่มี  โปรแกรมส่งเมล์  กล่องไปรษณีย์  การส่งเมล์ผ่านโปรแกรม Outlook Express แล้ว เกิดข้อความ “Message Character Set Conflict” จะมีหน้าต่างให้เลือกดังภาพประกอบด้านล่าง ได้ทดลองเลือกทีละอย่าง ก็ปรากฏว่าผู้รับ รับได้แต่มีปัญหาอ่านภาษาไทยไม่ออก

วิธีแก้ไข ให้ทำดังนี้

เมื่อเกิดหน้าต่างดังภาพประกอบด้านบน ให้คลิกเลือก Cancel ออกก่อน

โปรแกรมจะกลับไปยังหน้าเมล์ ให้คลิกเลือกเมนู Format

คลิกเลือก Endcoding

คลิก Thai WIndows

จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม Send ปกติได้เลย จะไม่มีหน้าต่างแสดงให้ปรับเปลี่ยน Character Set

หลังจากแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าแล้ว ให้กลับไป Set ที่โปรแกรม Outlook Express ดังนี้

คลิกเลือกเมนู Tools

เลือกคำสั่ง Options

เลือกแท็ป Send

เลือก International Settings

Default encoding ให้คลิกเลือก Thai Windows

แค่นี้ก็เป็นอันเรียบร้อยแล้วครับ
